Giving

In response to giving trends in our parish, we are making some changes to the "extra" envelopes you will receive each month. We hope this change allows you to budget effectively and direct your giving to where there is the greatest need. Effective January 2025, monthly envelopes will include the following:

Every Month
- Offertory Collection (either 1 for Monthly Giving or 1 for each Sunday for Weekly Giving)
- Endowments
- School "Centennial Building" Debt Reduction
- St. Vincent de Paul

January
- Holy Day: Solemnity of Mary
- Diocesan Campaign: Propagation of the Faith
- Diocesan Campaign: The Church in Latin America
 
February
- FYI: Seminarian Support (no envelope)

March
- Ash Wednesday
- Easter Flowers
- Diocesan Campaign: Black and Indian Missions
- Diocesan Campaign: Catholic Relief Services

April
- Easter
- Diocesan Campaign: Good Friday for the Holy Land
- Diocesan Campaign: Catholic Home Missions

May
- Holy Day: The Ascension of the Lord
- Cemetery Collection on Memorial Day Weekend
- Diocesan Campaign: Aid to the Church in Central & Eastern Europe

June
- Diocesan Campaign: Catholic Communications Campaign
- Diocesan Campaign: Holy Father / Peter's Pence

July
- No additional envelopes

August
- Holy Day: The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

September
- School Support (This is the month of greatest need for the school as there is a gap between when school starts and tuition funds begin to come in.)
